As soon as stuff starts to pile up, at least in my home, it starts to build up quickly. Spring cleaning is all about creating that starting point so you can stay organized for the rest of the year.

Take a Little Time for Yourself: One step I always take every morning is making my own bed. At first I never saw the point. However, I realized that it starts every day on a good foot, by completing one task that you can take pride in as the absolute first thing you do every day. By starting the day with a win, it feels easy to keep the rest of the day rolling. It may sound like a silly thing, but genuinely, it works. 

Taking the time to clean up isn't just about your home—it's about caring for yourself too. Tidying up can boost your mood, reduce stress, and give you a sense of satisfaction and well-being. A clean and organized bedroom can contribute to better sleep quality. A cluttered and disorganized bedroom can make it difficult to relax and unwind, which can negatively impact your sleep.
